I like Bleu Cheese to dip my (home made shoe string in this case) fries in. (Years of OTR trucking, a guy gets tired of making his own fry sauce...) This Bleu is homemade, chunky as I’ve ever seen. And super delicious. There was nothing I didn’t like, from the conversations with the owner or the other patrons, or the food or or or. This is a must stop in, kinda place. ”
